Well….it is about 5 years, 2 kids, and a four jobs later between the two of us parents we’ve decided to start this blogging this again. We’ve been through a lot the past years and talking to friends and family we’ve realized that we were never alone and any of these life stages. We want to give back and bless other young families who are putting blood, sweat, and tears into making it work want to remain intentional about making it work!
Are we scared? Heck yeah.
How many arguments did we get over to make this Home Co Name? Yes .
Do we sleep less as a result? Of course we do.
But we feel like this is quality time for ourselves and this is is insipiration we also can be remainded of and live by day after day. We hope someday our kids find this and find love, peace, wisdom, joy, and rest in some of the lessons we learnt along the way!
Starting something new can be challenging, but it's important to remember that it's often the first step that's the hardest and oh boy did we feel that. After nights and nights or talking about this and postposing we gave ourselves the permission to follow a little passion project success or failure - the goal is to simply do this. Here are a few tips that may help you:
Break it down into smaller steps: Instead of focusing on the big picture, break your task or project down into smaller, manageable steps. This will make it feel less overwhelming and more achievable.
Set achievable goals: Set yourself achievable goals for each step of the way. This will help you stay motivated and give you a sense of progress as you work towards your larger goal.
Get organized: Create a plan or a schedule for what you want to achieve and when. This will help you stay focused and on track.
Find inspiration: Look for inspiration from others who have started something new. This can help you find the motivation you need to take that first step.
Just start: Sometimes the best way to start something new is to just begin. Don't worry about making it perfect, just start and let your momentum carry you forward.
Remember, starting something new can be scary, but it can also be exciting and rewarding. Just take that first step and see where it takes you.
This is about us as individuals, parents, lovers, friends. This is about reflection and sharing of wisdom. This is about being honest about what we want outside of the day to day routines. This is about sowing in other families lives. This is our journey together.
