For full disclosure, I currently reside in the Bay Area, made infamous by all the recent racist police calls made on black folks and their kids at barbecues, mowing the lawn, or selling water among many other things. But, this is not this type of situation.
In this piece I present my opinion about these children taken from their families at the border, ways to stay on top of what is happening and, most importantly, ways in which you can make a difference today.
Regardless of how you feel about the movement, it is undeniable that it gave victims of sexually abuse or sexual harassment (men and women) a voice that had grown more and more faint in today’s society. Here is my story.
