Personally I experience a miscarriage between my 1st and 2nd child so although I did not think about that twice the first time I got pregant …it came with extreme anxiety the third time around! Society can place a lot of pressure on pregnant people to do things a certain way or meet certain expectations. This pressure can make people feel nervous or unsure about announcing their pregnancy. People who have experienced negative reactions or comments in the past when announcing a pregnancy may feel anxious or worried about sharing the news again. People may worry about being judged by others for their choices surrounding pregnancy and parenting. Personal circumstances, such as financial instability, relationship issues, or health concerns, can also cause anxiety around announcing a pregnancy.
